Overcoming low self esteem can change your entire life. Low self esteem can destroy your happiness and can hold you back in many areas of your life.

Like any changes in your life, overcoming low self esteem can be difficult at first. But believing it is actually possible is the first critical step. You need a lot of self determination because if you don't believe it is possible; you will never solve this problem that is robbing you of happiness.

Many people need help in overcoming low self esteem and you can get it in a couple of different ways. A best friend who you can depend on may offer you support. But keep in mind, this codependence is only temporary help for you so don't expect this kind of permanent help.

A major cause of low self esteem is too much codependence and you want to become a stronger person so dig down deep for self determination. Work on less codependence so you can improve your self esteem to take charge of your own life.

You may want to seek help for overcoming low self esteem from a professional. Many psychologists specialize in helping people overcome their low self esteem. Some people prefer this kind of help because getting advice from a professional is usually a good choice.

Low self esteem can come from being criticized, being abandoned or even being abused. Be honest with your self and your therapist who is helping you improve your low self esteem. It is the best way you can cure your hopelessness and codependence problem you have.

Overcoming low self esteem is life-changing so of course it will not be easy. But the rewards are living a happier life you deserve.
